For Amazon Vendor Central brands

Every purchase order, traced to the payment.

Arvex Vendor takes over the daily Vendor Central work: acknowledging purchase orders, briefing your warehouse, sending shipment notices and invoices. Then it matches what Amazon pays and deducts back to each order, so your team only handles the exceptions.

  1. Ordered1,000 units, deliver by 14 Nov
  2. Accepted960 units, matched to available stock
  3. Shipped960 units in 24 cartons, shipment notice sent
  4. Invoiced960 units on INV-2041
  5. PaidShort 40 units. Shortage claim linked to carton records and proof of delivery

The problem

Selling to Amazon wholesale still runs on manual work

Hours in the portal

Teams check each purchase order by hand, then accept, edit or reject it before Amazon's deadline.

Handoffs by email

Orders go to the warehouse by email, and carton details are retyped into shipment notices and invoices.

Short payments, no explanation

Deductions appear weeks later, with no easy way to connect them to the order, shipment and evidence behind them.

What Arvex Vendor does

One record per order, from acknowledgement to remittance

Arvex Vendor connects to your Vendor Central account through Amazon's Selling Partner API, once you authorise it.

Purchase order rules
Accept, partially accept or reject orders using your stock, agreed prices and delivery windows. Anything outside your rules waits for a person to decide.
Warehouse handoff
Send accepted orders to your warehouse or 3PL by file, email or a simple portal. Warehouse staff confirm packing and dispatch without access to your Amazon account.
Shipment notices and invoices
Built from the quantities that actually shipped, not the quantities ordered, and tracked until Amazon confirms it processed them.
Payment and deduction matching
Each remittance line is matched to its invoice, shipment and order. Unmatched amounts stay visible instead of disappearing into a total.
Exception inbox
Your home screen lists only what needs attention, each item with an owner, a deadline, the amount involved and the records behind it.
Evidence for every order
Packing data, delivery proof and submissions are kept together, ready when a deduction needs investigating.

How it works

Start by watching. Automate when you trust it.

  1. Connect read-only

Authorise Arvex Vendor in Vendor Central. We review your recent orders, invoices and payments and show where time and money are going.

  2. Monitor

Arvex Vendor runs alongside your current process, flags exceptions and shows what it would have done, while your team keeps control.

  3. Automate step by step

Switch on one action at a time, such as purchase order acknowledgement or invoicing, once its results match your team's work.

Built for money that matters

Your data, your rules, your approval

Arvex Vendor sends documents that affect what Amazon pays you. It is designed so nothing happens without a rule you set or an action you approve.

  • Quantities, prices and invoice amounts follow fixed rules you can read and change.
  • Every automated action is logged with the data behind it, and you can pause automation at any time.
  • Your Amazon data is used only to provide Arvex Vendor to your business. It is never sold or used for advertising.
  • Disconnect whenever you like, and we delete your Amazon data as set out in our privacy policy.

Pilot programme

Now accepting pilot vendors

We are working with a small group of Amazon vendors to shape Arvex Vendor. A good fit is a brand that:

  • Receives regular wholesale purchase orders through Vendor Central
  • Ships through its own warehouse or a 3PL
  • Still handles orders, invoices or payment checks by hand

What pilot vendors get

A review of your recent orders and payments, hands-on setup, and pricing agreed for the pilot period.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Arvex Vendor part of Amazon?

No. Arvex Vendor is built by Arvex Technologies, an independent company. It connects to Vendor Central through Amazon's Selling Partner API, only after you authorise it.

Do I need EDI?

No. Arvex Vendor uses Amazon's API, so there is no EDI network or per-document fee. If you already use EDI, Arvex Vendor can run in monitoring mode alongside it.

What data does Arvex Vendor access?

The business data needed to run the service: purchase orders, shipments, invoices, and payment and deduction details for your vendor account. It does not need access to Amazon customers' personal details for this workflow.

Can I start without automating anything?

Yes. Most vendors start in read-only and monitoring modes, and switch on automation one step at a time.

Which marketplaces do you support?

During the pilot we start with one marketplace per vendor and add more as each workflow is proven. Tell us where you sell when you get in touch.
