About these terms
These terms apply to your business's use of Arvex Vendor, provided by Arvex Technologies Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17546465, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or authorising Arvex Vendor, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If we sign a separate order form or pilot agreement with you, that agreement takes priority where it differs.
The service
Arvex Vendor helps Amazon Vendor Central businesses manage purchase orders, warehouse handoffs, shipment confirmations, invoices, and the matching of payments and deductions. Features may change as we improve the service. During the pilot programme, some features are early versions and may not always work as expected.
Your account and authorisations
- You must be authorised to act for your business and to connect its Amazon Vendor Central account to Arvex Vendor.
- You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping login details secure.
- You can withdraw Arvex Vendor's access to your Amazon account at any time.
Automation and your responsibilities
Arvex Vendor acts on rules you configure and actions you approve. You remain responsible for your dealings with Amazon, including the accuracy of the stock, price and product information you provide, and for reviewing rules before turning on automated actions. We will take reasonable care to process submissions correctly, but we do not guarantee how Amazon will receive, process or pay any order, shipment or invoice, or the outcome of any dispute.
Your data
Your business owns its data. You give us permission to use it only to provide, support and secure Arvex Vendor for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it. You can export your data while your account is active.
Acceptable use
You must not use Arvex Vendor to break the law or Amazon's policies, to access accounts you are not authorised to use, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.
Fees
Fees are set out in your order form or pilot agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the period already paid.
Amazon
Arvex Vendor connects to Amazon services through Amazon's Selling Partner API. Arvex Technologies is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon may change or limit its services, which can affect Arvex Vendor features; we are not responsible for Amazon's services or decisions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Ending the service
You can stop using Arvex Vendor at any time by giving notice and disconnecting your Amazon account. We may suspend or end access if you seriously break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. After your account ends, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
